Frequently asked questions

Is Coselffee just a novelty coffee printer, or is the coffee actually good?

The printing is what stops people, but it's not the whole story. Every event is served coffee that's custom roasted and blended specifically for that event, prepared fresh and poured by an experienced, professional barista team. Plenty of drink-printing services stop at the visual; Coselffee treats the coffee itself as the other half of the experience, so the first sip has to earn the same reaction as the artwork.

What's included in a package?

Both packages include full setup, a professional barista team, custom full-color printing on every drink, and decaf and hot chocolate for guests who skip coffee. The Signature Experience adds unlimited drinks, priority setup, and premium presentation. Add-ons like extended hours, non-dairy milk, a custom branded menu, a digital display, printed macarons, and custom coffee favors are available on top of either package.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least a month ahead. If your date is closer, reach out anyway. We can sometimes fit in a booking with as little as a week's notice, depending on availability.

What do you need from our venue?

A 15-20 amp power outlet. We bring our own water, so none is needed on site. Outdoor events need a tent. We ask for temperatures between 70 and 82 degrees, with humidity under 60%.

What areas do you serve?

All five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Nearby Long Island too, with no travel fee. We also travel to the rest of Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania; the fee depends on distance, so just ask when you reach out.

Can you print any logo, photo, or design?
